I have Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder, grand mal epilepsy, GAD, Hypothyroidism, IBS-C, and Psoriasis. I take a lot of medications and supplements for my problems. Many of my problems are linked to high glutamate levels in the brain, an excitatory neurotransmitter, and auto-antibodies to the glutamic acid decarboxylase enzyme that converts glutamate to GABA.

Finding ecologically friendly ways to clean my apartment has been challenging. I now have a cleaning crew come in each month to help me maintain my apartment. I just do smaller jobs as needed between. I am learning how to hand wash my clothes as well so I do not need the laundromat so much. I was Confirmed in the Catholic Church on June 28, 2020 and now receive Communion at each Mass I attend. I also do a Confession every so often.

I am attending Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT. I take 2 classes a semester, 2 days a week. I am a junior looking for a B.S. in Sustainability Science and Environmental Policy. I have a Gateway GPA of 3.63. I have a 3.80 GPA at SCSU and just got placed on the Dean's List for the College of Arts & Sciences for the second year in a row.I am taking my third and final ASL class in Spring.

I must avoid fructans and lactose since these FODMAPs, commonly found in garlic, onion and dairy products, are triggers for my bowel symptoms. I follow a very specific diet for my problems. I am interested in reducing the glutamates I eat as well. I found out all my father's cousins and siblings have epilepsy; it's a miracle he did not get it, too, but I did.

If you are talking about their benches, they have a 4.1S for $249 and a 5.1S for $349. The 4.1S has 5 different angles and the 5.1S has 6 different angles.

Exercise Cals vs what I actual Ate

Gluten Free
I am gluten free for gluten sensitivity. Getting iron is quite challenging. I am currently dealing with iron deficiency anemia. Waiting for my iron bisglycinate supplements to arrive in the mail. I have other intolerances in addition to this, though, which makes getting iron even more challenging.

RDI
It can be changed if you use another calculator or formula, as I do. I use calculator.net's calorie calculator and body fat calculator. I set it to Katch-McArdle and put my body fat in from the body fat calculator. More accurate than Harris-Benedict.

At the bottom of your diet page where you log your food, there is a pie chart of your macros. Just below the pie chart in blue letters, it says "Set your recommended daily intake". Click it and it will calculate what it thinks you should be eating, but you can change it if you used another calculator, like I said above.

Medications Weight Gain
I have been on Propranolol since 19 and not experienced weight gain from it. You should have your thyroid levels checked because it can lower thyroid levels a little. Sometimes it is used when someone has hyperthyroidism, but if you are borderline hypothyroid to start with, it can push you into hypothyroid territory.
