So I couldn't wait any longer... I had to weigh in this morning. 178.4. At first I was like, THAT'S IT?!? I've been working out every evening and have been tracking my calories! Then I realized that's 1.4 lbs lost since my last weigh in 4 days ago. Not bad at all!
I know it seems silly but losing 5 lbs would be a huge accomplishment for me. My trend in the past has been lose 2 lbs, gain 2 lbs, lose 2 lbs, gain 2 lbs. I can't wait to see 5 lbs lost!!!
