Did vinyasa flow yoga last night! Such sweaty, hard fun! If you've never done it, highly recommend it as the room is about 90F which makes you more limber as the warm air allows your muscles to breathe a bit easier.

Following my low carb way of eating fairly well, its just that school is now a full time chore as we go into the last 2 weeks of semester. It is a struggle to find time to run/workout/etc. I know there's 24 hours in the day, just feels like I have about 3 mins to myself to do anything. Sigh.

Keeping the carbs below 80g for a while - was getting pretty excited to run my little 5k loop around the neighborhood and woke up to freeze death fog and snow today. Blegh.

Been a while ... grad school is sucking all of my time. Its is now a luxury to go to the gym these days. Did a nice 1.5m run around my block ... took 14.5 mins, nice easy pace. Gorgeous Colorado day!
