2011 = year of skinny!
Hi keberg12, Thinking, too, of starting 0 carbs, too for at least 2 weeks. Staying steady with 1450 cals but when the weekend comes its more like up two for Monday all over again..but it does come off. Would like to hear why you're going to do ) carbs. I have done it many times. What to do with all the stuff in the fridge? Would like to see a more dramatic weight loss. At least 0 carbs will give results. Good luck to you.
