So have had a bad couple of days with my Diverticulitis, haven't really kept track of food for the last 48 hours (But have been good, much like any of my previous days entries)
With my Diverticulitis flaring up again I'm on a 24 hour Clear Liquids diet to try and calm everything down. Then I have to slowly merge into a soft low fibre diet before adding high fibre foods back in.
Not looking forward to the next 24 hours, I have Beef Broth, Fruit Juices (Without Pulp) and Tea (Without adding anything, besides Ginger and maybe some honey) and obviously plenty of water!

Had a really bad weekend, jumped on the scales this morning to see my weight go up 2kg! Really pissed, I had such a good week and I fucked it all up with a terrible weekend.
Really bad on the water for Saturday and Sunday, and some poor choices food wise!
So time to take it back and kick ass again!

Another 1/2 KG over the week, I'm happy with that but would like to up it abit more! Still haven't had a chance to fit some exercise into my schedule with kids and everything. Need to find something I can do at home in the mornings or evenings

Not as much of a change this week, but my daughter turned two, so we had a party and some party food! Then my son went to his friends party on Sunday! Managed to avoid most of the party food though! But Definitely lacking a bit in the weekend
I need to start keeping a journal of the weekend eating as well! Will try better this coming week. Atleast that weight is still going downwards though!
