Yesterday on the bench I did a set of 8 reps, and 2 sets of 6 reps at 245 lbs. Progress. ON the Incline I did 2 sets of 10 reps at 225 lbs. I did 42 reps of back crunches at 150 lbs. I also played basketball for 1.5 hours.
Today, is reps and recovery. I will do 3 sets of 10 reps at 135 lbs on the bench. 3 sets of 10 reps at 135 lbs on the incline. 42 reps at 190 lbs doing crunches. 42 reps at 150 lbs doing back crunches, and will run a 1/2 mile at a 7 minute mile pace.
