fraid to should be a weigh in option. :-/ Starting detox tomorrow. So I guess I will have to force myself to step on the scale in the am. I can look in the mirror and tell you it ain't gonna be good. hmmm. : [

so I have done somewhat ok this past week. today was not my highlight. I have kept up w/ my workout for the week and watched what I was eating. today not so good at all. My challenge starts tomorrow. so I am ready for it. Upside of my week. put on some pants today that were a not as snug as they were over a week ago. Yea for me....I will be glad to see the scale back down below 130. Hopefully I shall see that within the next 2 no more than 3 weeks. ; )

Here is my official weight. I've been lying to myself and others when I would tell them 135. Ouch! So here we go. I've started off great today. I will continue this until I reach my goal. I will put my goal for right now at 125. So I have 14lbs to lose.
