ok I am on day 6 of phase 1. I want to weigh in so bad, but am refusing to. I've gotta hold out until next wednesday. I hope when I do weigh in it is not a disappointment. : ?

at the end of Day 4 of Fat Smash, I'm tired and ready for bed. wish I had someone here to do the dishes and straighten up the house. : /
Oh well, I have been doing really well so far. I purchased a rice steamer couple weeks back and it has become my new friend. I was able to run today and I'll have to ride my bike later tonight. I'm hoping to gather up enough energy so that I feel like doing it. : 0
Looking fwd to being able to weigh in next week. Trying to stay off the scales.

ok I should have entered this weight in on Sunday. I'm going to work as hard as I can to get this weight back off. My goal is 15lbs within 8wks. I would love to lose 20 but will be happy with 15. I am currently on day 2 of the Fat Smash. So I will see you in 8 days for my 2nd weigh in. : )

this weight is not coming of like I would like. seriously to the point ii had to take a pregnancy test just to make sure I wasn't preggers and didn't know it. lol this is ridiculous, apparently my metabolism is working in slow mo....
