Asterisks
It took me forever to figure out how to get back to this so I could read your answer. Thank you so much for your post!

Whew! The face of yet another temptation.
Yesterday "the boss" brought in a stack of pizzas to treat the staff. Super nice gesture and great for morale. Being 19 days into a healthier life style I passed on eating but sat around with everyone to chat. At no point did I ever feel deprived or left out. One co-worked said one piece wouldn't hurt me. My response, "If I blow this, it certainly wouldn't be over a slice of Dominoes!"

Fat Carb Protein Calories
My doctor tells me I should keep my protein as %50 of my calories, carbs %30 of my calories and fat %20 of my calories. If you don't feed your muscle enough protein you will lose muscle weight while fat and carbs will feed the fat. Your scale will show a lose but no one wants to lose muscle. I'd take Hoser's suggestion and up your calories a little just change where your calories are coming from.
That's why I love Fat Secret! The pie chart at the bottom of my food journal really helps me keep all that in check. If I see my carbs getting a little high I know I can mostly just have protein for dinner.
