I have not been tracking but this is what I have come to realize. When I am in really good shape, my calves are bigger, my butt and arms don't jiggle and weight is really not the be all and end all. Losing 30 pounds is my goal, I want to fit into clothes that I love but more importantly I don't want my horses to have pack an extra 30 pounds, I want to compete with my horses, we are all supposed to be athletes not just them, I do not want to feel my butt and arms jiggle and I want to get back in shape and fine my "7 years younger" (book) shape! Here is my fat self on a horse, definitely in need of some "legging up"!
