unbelievably I have 11 recipes that are STILL pending since March.

Believe it or not, I am still here... Other than a number of days either salt loading or crap food loading, I have been good. Constantly hungry trying to get to 120 I changed my goal to 130-133, and have stuck within the range. Comfortable.

salt-loading the other day popped me up to 131.9... Needless to say, I hauled arse to the bathroom the following days.
