I just turned 47, which is hard to believe cause I feel like I'm 30.
My goal is to drop a few pounds and get a little more fit. I have a horse so I ride about 4 times a week. Trying to fit other activity in is tricky, especially in addition to cooking, keeping up the chores and dogs. My husband travels alot so I am really busy when he is gone. Never the less, I am determined to succeed! I am finding this web site to be very helpful, especially since I can track on my BB as well.
