So I started this on the second week of January and lost 13 pounds this month. I only have to lose 30 pounds to meet my first mini goal of 200. I am really hoping I can do that by the end of April at the latest. And as soon as I hit that goal I am resetting for my next goal 150. Just seems easier to achieve broken down like that. I am excited just thinking about it ... And I read around this site and see all the people with wonderful success stories and it just makes me believe more and more than I can do it too.

Hi everybody ...
I made it thru the birthday dinner last night ... I did drink 2 glasses of wine which I do not do often. For dinner I had a salad with balsamic vinegarette , and my entree was crab cakes with fresh steamed veggies and a red skin potato. I did not have any dinner rolls and I said no thanks to the dessert : ) Yeahhhh proud of me !
So in all I lost 6 pounds this week , and that is so awesome and great motivation.
We went shopping today at a store with a great fresh fish market and got several types of fish. A friend at work brought me some chia seeds and quinoa to try before I went and bought it. So I am making Broiled Cod and quinoa pilaf with broccoli and cauliflower.
And for all who knew about my T25 workout the other day .... I am so damn sore today : ) Ugghhhhhh I think I pushed too hard too fast with that one. I am still gonna do it but alternate it with ones that dont make me feel like this. There are muscles that are sore that I forgot I had. LOL

I made this really good Crustless Sausage and Veggie Quiche for dinner ... I really needed a change from all the salads and chicken I have been eating. Still low calories for the day. I need to keep finding recipes like this so I can change it up once in a while.
And I worked out so hard today.. I did an hour of my regular workout and then someone let me borrow Focus T25 to try . That was an intense 25 minutes and I know I am gonna be SOOOOOOO sore tomorrow. But it will be a good kinda sore : )
Tomorrow is the big birthday party for my Grandma and my anxiety about eating badly is GONE. I KNOW I can and will eat well. I was so addicted to eating trash for so long , now its time to be addicted to eating well and thrive for the best. ( Gee , can ya tell I have an addictive personality )! lol I just really want this ... I dont want a YO-YO ... I dont wanna go halfway and quit. I dont wanna gain it back later. I want to change my life and I know that I am going to.

Hi everyone ...
Do any of you do workout videos at home ???
I have been doing Zumba and Jillian Micheals at home , sometimes with this weather and being so busy with kids its the only way I can get a workout in.
Has anyone tried Focus T25 , and if so what did you think of it ??
Just thought I would ask before I spend the money but it looks awesome.
