Did not eat the best this past week, but it's nice to see the scale still move in the right direction. I'm hoping to see the 180s soon!
Also, I think I found a place to live, which is good, considering I have to be out of this house by the end of the month. No pressure or anything. The year-round rental market here is rough, so if the place I saw on Sunday works out, that will be a huge weight off my shoulders. Fingers crossed!

The last few weeks have been a doozy: came home from India on a Tuesday, water heater broke and flooded the basement on that Thursday, went back to work to over 700 emails and 20 voice mails that Friday, and on Saturday I helped the man I've been with for 3 years move out.
So last week I gave myself a pass and ate the pizza and drank the wine and basically didn't give a fuck. But, I felt like crap over the weekend and got back to healthy eating and living yesterday. I have no idea how I managed to lose weight through last week's bingeing, but I'll take any win I can.
And of course I woke up sick this morning...but you know what having no appetite means... 😏

I went completely AWOL last week. I guess it could be worse. I'm trying to be gentle with myself and be ok with the fact that I can't do all the things perfectly all the time. I have a breaking point and sometimes it's ok to let myself off-the-hook.
Leaving for India tonight (fingers crossed). I have a million things to do and not enough time....
