This new way of eating is awsome, even when we go out you dont even want all that food. Eating very little meat protins and more veggies fruits, white cheese and almonds, yes EGGS the fat burning belly fat , there is pruff that it works I read this all the time what helps burn belly fat, raw cabbage, brusel sprots, 3 eggs every morning with out fail, I think if you really want to try this change, Ill help you but the first two weeks, you are not to eat anything wrong. and you will see the differece, This weight lose has been the easyest I have ever done, My cuz. that has been pretty heavy for a long time , Has losed about 100lbs she looks so good, from a 22 to a 12 -14 She s the one that got me going . We talk all the time and go gold paning and rock hounding for our hobby, when we arnt working , I give her all my 12 cloths. My husband came home from working away sence Aug, for Christmas and was toldly suprised, and loved it, now hes gone again and hope to get to my next goal when I see him on the 4th of july. cherie,")
