Hello to all of you,
I would like to know what you do when that peanut or whatever just does not hit that
craving? I am doing the atkins/southbeach. I don't always know what my body is craving and i seem to always pick the wrong thing Shock So in that case what do you do? I hope I have made some sense here and someone can help me.. see this problem is what sets me off the diet... the search for the right craving squasher.....

12 weeks to Christmas
Hello,
I am new to this. I have a real lot to lose, I have always been small and now since my hysterectomy and my quiting smoking. I have gained so much weight, anyway my question is is there any good quick easy recipes to cook like in a crock pot etc. I work all day and have little time at night to cook.....
