I had the same problem with Phase I as well so I basically stuck to veggies. There aren't many recipes in the Kitchen on the site that are specific to Phase I. Hopefully that will change.

I hope there are some other friendly members who can help Smile

Hang on to get to Phase II, getting back on some nice lean beef and some turkey is such a treat. Your menu options expand significantly.

I have done Fat Smash diet on and off. I am starting Phase I again today. I did the diet for a month before and lost 20 pounds. I am starting again because I need to lose an add'l 20-30 pounds. I am excited because that you CAN get results

Before I ate chinese brocolli and also made vegetable soup w/ boullion in it for seasoning during Phase I. The soup had corn, green beans, cabbage, diced tomatoes w/ garlic seasoning, peas and carrots.

The negative thoughts have got to cease if you want to do it. Also, do NOT overeat on anything.

Hello all , I just started the Fat Smash Diet for the first time yesterday. I've lost 2 lbs already, so I'm seriously pumped about this diet!Very Happy I'm definitely feeling the caffeine and sugar withdrawl (had such a headache last night) but things are better today and I imagine by Day 3 those cravings should be pretty well gone. Best of luck to each of you in own weight loss journey!

Good afternoon people! I started the fat smash diet today along with my hubby, thank goodness. hopefully we can really understand and support each other. during phase 1 i think the hardest thing is going to be what to feed the kids...lol. i will not have them eating the way we are right now and plan to make some of the same things for them, but talk about tempting. good test though huh? i do hope to find support here and tips and reciepes, im really having a hard time finding those. this is going to be fun. i already go the the gym 5 days a week so that part wont be hard, but after doing the gym work for over 8 months now, i realize that is only about 10% or the work. the rest is your diet. we can do it. each and everyone of us. i look forward to the new lifestyle change. wih you all the best and hopefully getting to know you all more. see ya round! I have a great recipe for phase 1. Its a yogurt smoothie.

1 16oz Nancy's Plain organic Yogurt
1 12 oz bag of berries
2 splenda's

Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend for about 15 seconds. Its sweet & natural. Makes for a great dessert or quick pick me up!! Good luck all!

P.S. Calorie content is approx. 85 for 1 1/2 cups

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
