I have struggled with my weight for the last 20 year. I was in a bad marriage and left my husband 7 years ago. Three years ago weight my highest of 280. I lost 30 lbs and felt great. I was on BP meds and reduced to the lowest dose. Then 1 1/2 ago, My mom was diagnosed with cancer and my father died of a heart attach 4 days later. Since then, I have gained my 30 lbs back. My BP is higher than the first time and I am having pre diabetic symptom's. It is very important that I lose 120 lbs. So.. I know I can do it. I know how to eat right and MOVE. I just need to do it, I need help. That is why I am here! I need everyone' help to stay on track. I know the hardest thing to do will be to journal. That will be a challenge for me but will do the best I can. I will pledge to visit this site each night a journal about my day, what I eat, and track my exercise. Thank you for all who are here and I know this is where I should be.

My plan, 1300 calories a day, 5x a week (30-60 min) workout. I love to walk, so I will be starting there.
