i started on optislim on 4th january and my first week weigh in today i lost 4kgs i want to stay on optislim till i have lost at least 15kg and then ill be on regular food as well which ill switch to the 5-2 plan with 1200 calories for 5 days then 500 cals for 2 days .....let the challenge begin!!
