QUIT SMOKING
Hi Posluck, I started smoking when I was 15, 35 years ago and have struggled over the past 12 to give up. When I was pregnant it wasn't easy but really, really cut down for my baby. Soon as I got out of hospital I made my partner stop for packet!
Doing weight loss and quitting smoking is not going to happen together, as it is too much to expect of yourself. Concentrate on the smoking for 4 plus months, then go for the dieting. No point in depriving yourself off everything at once. This time for me the nicorrett inhaler ( got it in my hand now) and patches ( patch free since saturday) has definitely been the answer.I still want a cigarette at times, however the thought of paying the price of a packet just for 1 put's me off and all I need to do is walk pass a smoker, get a mouthful to remind me why I am trying to put the addiction behind me. Keep going, if you ready to stop you will, if not keep trying. Good luck xx

QUIT SMOKING
Hi, I gave up smoking nearly 5 months ago and the best thing that has helped me is a nicorret inhaler as it is brilliant to fiddle with and stick in your mouth. I still use it, but don't really inhale on it anymore.
