My work wellness program is going well. We were given a list with 4 catagories and we are to do one activity in each category every day. There are bonus points if you lose 1% of your body weight that week. It has been a good incentive when I wanted to be lazy. I have been walking on our track at lunch. And I am taking healthy lunches/snacks to work. I bought myself a Tom Tom Sparks pedometer. I am really liking it so far. Seems much more accurate than my garmin pedometer was. I like that when I reach my goal it vibrates. It's always a nice little surprise! My biggest problem is that I am extremely bored at work with very little to do right now. That makes me just want to eat! I haven't been...but I want to!

We are starting a 6 week wellness program at work today. I'm hoping it can get me back on track before the holidays get here. I've been dealing with some intense family stress and, as usual, I want to fall into my comfort food way to deal with it. Plus it zaps all my energy making it difficult to make myself cook and exercise. Maybe having to be accountable to a team will help.
