Well..I guess t he diet soda or coffee is not helping me. I figured giving up all bread/pasta/sweet etc...and still keeping my net carbs under 20, It wouldn't matter, but I'm on day 6 and have only had the 2 lb. drop as of day 2. Auuuuuggghhh!!!! I'm also pms-ing...we'll see what happens.

Okay...was very strict yesterday (day one). I'm down 2.5 pounds. Yipppppeee! I haven't and do not plan on giving up diet soda. I know you are supposed to. Does anyone know if that is okay?

I need some help and motivation! I'm starting Atkins today. I got up and ran 2.4 miles. It's been a while since I worked out, so I have to start little! I don't know what to eat this morning. I want something easy and fast....I'm starving! (I did have 3 olives) Crazy....I love salt! Any suggestions?
