aim: to keep fat under 20grams per day as much as possible.
Preferably around 15grams/day.
Muscle building exercises have been increased; while aerobic have decreased.

From tomorrow, I will be attempting to decrease my fat intake for two weeks and study the effects on my weight gain / loss.
Will attempt to keep caloric intake and exercise the same.
