Ok so now i know how to stay on your diet...DO NOT GET HUNGRY!!! When your hungry you eat everything that is fast to make and that most of the time is very unhealthy choices. So now I am goin to just get all day long but low fat and calorie items!!1

Ok so my biggest problem is CANDY and not exercising....so I am really goin to try to change that!!!!
