Today was my first real successful day with my macros.
The macros were
12% Carbs
64% Fat
24% Protein
My goals are to be 10%/65%/25%
So this definitely is a success.

So today is a great start. Had my favorite breakfast. Steak and eggs. Aunt Meg (the movie: Twister) would be so proud. I am having issues with image uploading.Its frustrating as I got great shots to share.

Today I got a real eye opener. I misread the label on my Keto nut granola. Now mind you I love granola but I eat it like cereal and didn't think about how much I put in my bowl until after I ate it. I blew my carb limit after lunch because of my breakfast. I will have to do better tomorrow. rough day. It doesn't help that I'm not very "mobile" at this time. A few more days and I will be back on my feet.
