Not too much to say about today. I have been cleaning my room and doing laundry all day. My boys are dying to get back on the gym. Me too but duties and responsibilities are first. I'm pretty tired though. I think my wife will be happy though.

This is a rough challenging day. 2 of my 3 sons want to workout with my wife and I. On top of that my 4 year old daughter is in Daddy mode. (which is totally awesome. I won't refuse my boys a workout as it is a great way to promote good healthy habits. however this morning was a serious shredding of arm and upper back. Tomorrow is going to be tough as it is Abs Lats,and Mid Back.
I do Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sat. Friday and Saturday are the worst s they are back to back. Getting the family into working out is huge help as it gives me added drive to do better.

Dinner tonight was taco stuffed jalapenos, cream cheese stuffed mushrooms, and lightly salted carrots broccoli and cauliflower. Quite tasty.
