I have not been on here in about a week because i had something happen where i was not able to be on a computer for this long but i have lost 6 pounds which i think is great.. now i just need to stay with it.. I have been working out great everyday some days twice just depends on how soar or tired i am.. But i am getting a job so i hope i can work out in the mornings or late nights. I just really need to work on my eating habits.. yes they have gotten better but then again they can definately change:)
Lets hope that tomorrow brings a better day.

Well today was a good day im pretty sore from working out twice a day but i know i cant give up.
I saw some munchies that i really wanted to eat but i stayed away from them cause i new i would regret it after and i would be very mad at my self.
Its day 3 on the working out and the diet and i beleive im doing pretty good.. will see what tomorrow brings

My second day on the diet and exercise!!!
I have been doing pretty good but then its only the second day.. it will only get harder but i just have to believe in myself and control what i eat and keep working out two times a day...
140 here I come:)
