well, went slightly over my calorie allowance on my first day on the judd.
its harder trying to stick to the amount will have to cut down more on my red bull and i thought i was doing so well with that.especially scince i used to drink about six a day.
never mind there is always another down day .......

starting a challenge tomorrow, i will start with a down day tomorrow as it was a special occasion today so had more than i should of calorie wise.

finding it really hard to juggle eating and work, as i never get time in between the running around i do, but i will have to make time if i am to succeed.....

well one hour 20 on the wii fit,50 mins on step ups and 30 mins jogging feel pretty good now
just need to keep it up.
