well i have weighed myself again and i lost another 4 lb.
hope i can keep going
so pleased yiphee go me .....
in total i have lost 15lb scince i started my diet last month

really pleased as i had doubts about the judd but i lost 4lbs so all is good
but i am not over eating on up days which is great
will continue with this ............

well i feel quite hungry now .... trying to balance calories on this challenge is quite hard.. doing better today though closer to my correct target yiphee...
cant wait til mon to weigh to see if i have lost anything though .....
