Breakfast did me in again. I made bacon popovers and my mind just didn't think as I shoved in seven. Well just have to work harder for next time and remind myself to limit myself. Be in the moment and don't just shovel in one after another.
I am doing a lot of yard work today so maybe I can burn off those popovers that I compulsively chowed down on.

I feel like I did pretty good with my food intake not the best but not my worst. Now is the hardest time of the day night time when all I want to do is snack.
I did not get to walking my 20 minutes around the neighborhood but I did go grocery shopping which counts for something.
Tomorrow I will be making up for it because it will be yard work day to prepare for fathers day barbeque on Sunday with the family.

I did so good this morning. With my exercise. Even though it was rainy and I was extra tired. I did it. I went on my 20 minute walk with my family.

It is early morning and once again I am up and feeling like I am starving and need a slice of bread with a big amount of butter and then another big layer of peanut butter. So I am tying to control those feeling and I am drinking a cold glass of water. Really I want to eat several slices of toast. I need to find health alternatives to eat in the early morning.
Something that helps is for me to write so this is helping to get the hunger out of my head and on to the page.
