Liquid Sweetner & SF Syrup Question
found this post just by looking through the site...thanks for some info on preferences and the Netrition.com site. Will have to try that because aI am looking to experiment with syrups.

had weight loss surgery worry about protein or calories?
Just had my surgery June 27. Dr more concerned with getting recommended protein in than carbs but each dr is different. Call the dr's office and ask them this question -they should be more than willing to get you the right answer for their particular recommendations.
