Going slightly off the plant-strong path last week during vacation catching up with me this week.

Was able to work out quite a bit since last weigh in, and skated two nights this week. Was hoping for a bit more than 1lb loss but it's at least moving in the right direction.

Skating twice a week, was able to get back to the gym 3 times last week. Hopefully I can continue that this week and keep trending down.

Not down as much as I hoped but at least it's moving in the right direction. Trying to cut back on carbs, grains do not appear to be my friend :)
