Foods that stall weight loss?
i completely understand about eating from being upset but you can let it beat you set apart you emotions from your dieting and just keep motivating yourself!!! you can do it!

she's not losing
Hey,
Now you can never be sure why you might not be losing weight and every person is different but if i had to guess id say mabye she doesnt have the same metabolic rate as you, but im just guessing, and im no Dr. but mabye a dietary supplement of some sort could help her in her weightloss because it seems just regular dieting and excercising isnt quite doing the trick and dietary supplements really helped me in my weightloss so far and depending on the type id highly recommend it personally.

Need some Encouragement
You know when it comes to losing weight its always hard for us to tell that we are losing weight ourselves, we always seem to doubt ourselves and think the worst about the next time we step on the scale but the way it seems to me the next time you weigh in i believe your gonna be in for a pleasent surprise!
