I'm a retired office administrator and raising my 5-year old granddaughter. She keeps me active. I have lost 20 lbs but have reached a plateau and need to keep the momentum going. I am doing a low carb diet. It is the easiest and most effective for me.

Overwhelmed!!!
I inherited disfunctional feet from my dear Mom. I try not to get to the point where I have to put a support boot on but I may have to learn how to walk on a treadmill with the boot on. My right ankle has had tendon problems before and after standing or walking for long periods, I am in a lot of pain but I keep going. I want to lose 20 lbs. more. I don't think it will cure my congenital feet problems but it should help.

Overwhelmed!!!
I follow a low carb diet and it works for me. I am very limited in my ability to exercise because of bad ankles and feet but if you can exercise along with a diet of your choosing, you should be able to lose faster. I have gone up and down over the years and I really believe it is a matter of willpower. I made a decision to lose and I'm proud to say I am sticking with it. I feel much better.
