i realised that i havent recorded anything in ages...........ive surpassed my goal, having alreay been to my bodybuilding competition

I wanted to put in here that on November 18, 2014, i started my new program with a trainer. my weight at that time was 182lbs, but i cant seem to change that, other than my original weight way back when. I go to the gym 5 days/week, for weight training and cardio. I have to do at least 1.5 hours of cardio, and my diet is pretty strict as well. I am in what you call a body transformation program which will allow me to compete in a figure competition in April of 2015. This is why the loss of 17 lbs since november 18, 2014 in about 4 weeks. :)
