Super Bowl did me in... it didn't I did! Tried to eat healthy snacks but too much of anything is a bad thing. Back to it.

Yesterday I tried kickboxing... Huh! It was tough but great! I also joined my sister for a walk...a brisk 1.4 mile walk complete with a steep hill, and a not so steep hill, a beautiful and friendly strange dog, and a babbling brook. And a lot of reading and studying the Lord's Word. It was a great day yesterday. Looking forward to the blessings of today...

Been away for quite some time now. A lot of things have gone on and gone wrong. But I'm back and I'm climbing back on this wagon. Determined to NOT gain all of the weight I worked so hard to loose. With ulcer on my left foot... I'm gonna just start over with what I can do, and pray my ulcer gets better.

sad to say...but I fell off the wagon. Someone won my heart and has been wining and dining me...lol. Back on the wagon. Great news is, I'm officially off insulin, doctors report confined I'm no longer dependent. I also was lowered on blood pressure meds again. Even with weight gain it was still 8 lbs loss from last visit. So all in all great report.
