Woops,
Cleaner was round and I always like to leave the house when the cleaner is working.
So long walk with the dog, minor error you could say as the cleaner was 1 hour early so we set off to walk *it was 22c and I had a jumper on so quite warm... anyway we had walked 8km already with the dog pulling a lot so quite hard work.
Relaxing in Piazza Duomo in Acireale the clock read 1340, great 80mins to get back
ARGHHHHH NO ..... 20MINS the cleaner arrived early..
We ran back 4km and arrived at 1412..
Hashtag Dead...
I have coffee, i am too tired to drink it...
At least the dog is asleep!

Weight change is minimal, but fitness and muscle tone are significantly improved.
I will revise my target to 75kg, i think this will have me in the best shape I can be (Unless I add muscle weight)
Feeling pretty damn good..

Making a concious effort to do a little more

Feeling fitter, just part of a larger goal to climb a mountain in 1 day from sea level 3340m vertical climb

Made some nice soup today..
Lentils. i let them soak long enough, cooked them long enough for them to be great (i often dont)
1 large Brocolli
Chicken breasts
I cooked two with the soup, but pulled 1 out and it is now in the fridge..
salt
All in all damn tasty, cannot go wrong with a good soup, chicken in there helps me feel like i am getting a meal rather than killing time until i eat properly!

I cannot be bothered to keep a food diary.. its not needed.
Smaller portions, more exercise, less chocolate..
Calorie counting is not for me!
