about freaking time the scale started moving. and not up.

still find myself eating quite often when I'm bored... maybe should try doing some kind exercise when that urge strikes as I am not losing weight quickly at all.

It seems like I have been living in a real state of denial for over a year now, thinking I could just go on eating whatever I want and doing as I please. it's time to put an end to that snd really start being vigilant again. It is shocking to me how many calories I use up on alcohol. it has to stop!
