slept good last night and got a busy day today shipping out a fish order and getting my work done early. got to get in some exercise today once I get done.
since fat secret is acting up I have been bored inbetween and been eating too much. it still works in my daily but it would have been nice to space it out more. I hate being bored.
today I am dropping the fat level to the 65% range or as close as I can get. lite dinner will take care of balancing the total fat and protein for the day.

today is a good day, yesterday I woke up tired and cranky as I underrate the day before. I made up my calories big time and feel balanced again and actually overslept! It was also a day off from any workouts.
While in maintenance mode I had made some adjustments to my macro's to help lose some of my extra fat as I am working to build my muscle tone. So far it really doesn't seem to be helping or at least not enough I can notice it. The calorie goal is good, I have stayed pretty stable at my weight.
So I went and refigured my macro's through a carnivore site for more fat loss. It suggested 73% fat which is pretty much where I was, so I am adjusting down to 65% fat and 35% protein. see if that works better for me.

Feeling pretty darn good today. I enjoyed my chicken nacho without the shell and got over my allergic reaction by time I got up this morning. I had some leftover steak fat from that steak and chicken. Had another bout but much less. I don't quite understand yet what is up, but I will hazard a guess that somehow this one steak has more histamine to it then the rest of the pack.
I lost my recent gain and back down to normal. it was not enough calories to make me gain a couple of pounds and I did not drop enough calories to lose actual fat pounds so got to be water retention.
My calves really feel good. no night craps my feet are not trying to cramp lately either. I think I found the long standing issue. It is not just magnesium, it is mainly the calcium supplement I have been using I was not able to absorb it. this is the problem with calcium suppliments so little actually get absorbed in different forms. Calcium Citrate-Malate is the form used in a study that actually worked for improving the participates. there was another supplement used in the study and bad results. so I am happy I invested in it. shopping today so I will also be looking for chicken with bones to add to my diet.
all in all good day. I find I feel so much better when I don't eat, so I will be eating lite in the morning and burn the rest of the day until I am hungry enough to eat. Going to take a break from sticking my fingers. todays readings 3.6 k 4.8 glucose fasting,,,,2.4 k and 4.1 glucose 1 1/2 hour after my morning snack,,3.3K and 4.5g 6+ hours after earlier snack and exercise.

Got up early again today as I fell asleep early. I felt pretty good but as I went on I found I was dehydrated and been drinking all morning after my lite snack. I needed a little something to go with my calcium and vitamin D suppliments. Found a solution to getting magnesium in the morning I used my magnesium mineral spray on my calves. took care of two birds with one stone. the calves were tight from doing the bike yesterday so I massaged them with the oil.
38 calories of chicken thigh and honestly I am just now thinking about getting hungry. my blood 2.2 ketone 4.9 glucose fasting. 7 hours after my snack and minor exercise 2.6 ketone 4.6 glucose. 1 1/2 hour after my big lunch 2.4 ketone 4.5 glucose I don't know how much more I will be testing today, I have a couple bruising marks on my fingers. the small protein seems to have helped me stay level this morning through my work and my workout.
weird reading, 3 hours after my large fatty lunch 3.4 ketone and 3.5 ketone 3.8 glucose. I had a bad reaction after I ate, I put some Crisco oil on the grill to keep my steak from sticking, hope that is all it is. I was peeling the chicken into thin stips too but I hadly nibbled. I felt so bad I made coffee.
I just felt lazy this morning and did not want to do my fish chores, I am tired of it I admit, 10 years and been slacking off. but I eventually got in gear and I only have another round to do. I may do another lite routine on the total gym later. I have to tone up these muscles and slacking is not getting the job done.
tonight I am going off plan for a treat, I avoid dairy as I have some issues with it, but tonight I am making my husband one of his favorites chicken nacho's. I make myself a really big one and only eat the toppings, no flour for me.
won't help much in the reducing fat on my belly but it will make me happy for the evening!
