it's been a slow journey but at least its coming off. My stomach is still drouping and I feel the fat between my legs .... am thinking of taking a collagin supplement because of eventual sagging skin in the stomach area. so far no sagging skin its still fat there and irritating but less bulge. It's been 3 months and 20 lbs. I'm still doing the Keto and don't mind it at all but sometimes I do want to cheat. I found these low carb balance tortillas and had a few burritos and they were SO GOOD and yet only 5 carbs each but they are wheat so its really a no no but ok once it awhile. I guess I have to move the rest into the freezer!

just plugging along with cravings -- dying for a some toast - oh well it is slowly coming down.

FINALLY! I was about ready to give up. I haven't had a slice of toast for 2 months and I really miss it. I feel better but still so fat. Thank you Halo Top mint chip that is a plus.

I'm still at the keto with very little cheating but my weight has sort of stabilized. The blood sugar readings have greatly improved though. Also I have been in he habit of swimmng daily but since this cold weather can not bear to get in the swimming pool so have done the indoor cycle a few times but my heart is not in it.
