long time since I weighed in to FS!
We went to Maui for 2 weeks the 25th of Jan only to have an Appendectomy 3 days into the trip!
I still walked every day. *.3 mils the day I went to the ER and 1.7 miles starting 6 hours after recovery room then increases every day as tolerated. 🙃
Anyway, all is well now.

still to go: 1.7 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

Nice morning walk and saw 4 dear and w/o cougars! A lady on the trail said she saw such a few weeks ago.
2nd day back from Tahoe and up 1 lb still although we biked or hiked everyday for at least 3 hours.
Time will tell🤨 Below - trail above South Lake Tahoe
