Haven't been following anything per se, just trying to eat more veggies and less quantity, trying to move more. Haven't been here in more than a year. Looks like my weight is pretty stable, which convinces me that movement and muscle mass is at least as important as what and how much we eat...

Switching to "HeatherD"...eat less, move more, get enough protein, don't restrict anything completely...I tried Fat Flush, but has terrible cravings, which isn't unusually a problem for me. Back to an "everything in moderation" approach.
