Its been a while folks! I have been through the ringer! (Self induced)....
I looked in the mirror a couple months ago and felt a pang in my gut. I really couldn't stand the way I was looking. It took a while to finally say enough is enough. Finally decided to put a stop to this ridiculous way of eating I have been going through lately. I weighed in on Sunday Dec. 1st 2013 and weighed a whopping 230 lbs!!!

I have been sick for the last few days. Not to mention my dental dilemma causing me to eat VERY soft foods. So I pretty much said to hell with it all! I have been eating whatever I can that will allow me to eat with minimal pain. I promise I will get back on track next week once I get over all this crap. Yes I have indulged in pasta. Its soft and comforting. I haven't gone to the gym either because of me being sick. So as soon as I am over being sick I will be hitting the gym full force! And I am going to the dentist Monday which should get me back on track with my eating habits.
