Not much of a surprise that I've gone up. I knew I would go up a bit over the holidays. I ate terribly but did work out a bit to try to curb it a bit. I did weigh myself last week at 170.4 but didn't record my weight here. It's all good though, now that the holidays are over I can focus on myself again - to a point, since my kids are back in remote learning now and I somehow still need to work from home. Let's hope the stress doesn't make this healthy lifestyle/weight reduction too impossible!

I'm officially 1 lb away from my pre-Christmas goal weight of 165 lbs. Can I do it? I sure hope so... although we're coming into the week that I struggle with the most - the week of Christmas... all those yummy goodies and treats, YUM!

I'm off most of the holidays - home with my kids... I'll still try to behave most of the time and will hopefully be able to work out a bit more to compensate.

Fingers crossed I hit 165 lbs by about this time next week.

I've been working hard this week - eating well and everything. I find it a bit unbelievable that I've lost just over 1 lb in a few days, haha. I may actually be able to get to 165 lbs by Christmas and that makes me so happy!

SO EXCITED! I'm finally below 170 lbs! I was back in June, briefly. I'm at approx the same weight now as I was before. It's always been extremely difficult for me to eat well and exercise properly over the summer. I feel that I'm setting myself up so far for a successful winter. It's also hard to behave over the holidays - I know I will let myself eat poorly more than I do now and I think I'm ok with that.

For now... I'll celebrate this minor victory :)
