Rainy Sunday. I have decided to try cutting out the weight watchers bread as much as I can in the morning. The 3 mornings a week that I work I will still bring a breakfast sandwich (homemade) because it's convenient, and portable.
I plan to workout today. I skipped yesterday, but really every other day's not bad, I guess.
Weirdest thing, yesterday when I did my fitness test on wii fit it said I GAINED 5 lbs! In one freakin day! I didn't chart it here, because I weigh in her 1x/wk..but it bummed me out some. I KNOW Im doing well, not eating junk, drinking my water...keeping my carbs down and my protein up...I guess the real indicator wil be my weight on Tuesday.

I do not believe I actually gained weight. I believe that my weight was actually higher cause I hadn't been following a plan or using wii fit.
