Yeah, I ate way too many carbohydrates yesterday. I am not going to beat myself up because I ate quite well. On the bright side I did 2303 steps on the Wii free step, got my heart rate up and worked up a little sweat. So, I guess in the long run it all works out. I packed lower carb selections today, Left the Curve granola at home and brought my vitamin to take (which I forgot yesterday, too.

I am AMAZED that my cravings are gone!!! Today I started that "time"...Not a bit of chocolate entered my mouth. Not ONE salt and vinegar potato chip. I admit I've been a little moody, but I attributed it to the whole "starting a new diet" thing...not T.O.M. It is really enlightening. And to think, I even lost weight. Wow. Yay me.

Another Rainy morning! It certainly does not do much for my spirits to be living in Drizzle.
I was re-reading my Curves Diet plan and noticed that I am ripping myself off!! I am allowed: 91 carbs/day, 137g protein, 34 g fat and 1200 total calories.
Ive been averaging: 101 carbs (one day was a high carb day and threw everything off), 77.5 g protein, 27g fat and 1100 calories.
Definitely need to up my fat and protein, I do not want my hair to fall out!!
I can't wait till this all becomes second nature!
