My goal is to weigh 180 pounds before November 2, 2009. I only have around 7 pounds to lose and I have full confidence in myself. I have to be more careful with eating and not excersicing. Its so easy for me to put weight back on. I also need to get a good plan for when I get to Georgia. I CANNOT get there and lose track of my goal. I need to stick to my guns and do what I need to do. Gym today and for every other day until November 2nd. I also need to make a plan for the trip home. I know that 5 days in the car, wating mostly fast food, will ruin what Im trying to do. I need to eat lots of salads and grilled chicken, and drink a lot of water.If I can stick to my plan, and to my guns, I know I can do this.
