Help With Foods, Please!
I keep track of everything I eat, and mostly my exercises. Yesterday, I finally reached a decent number of calories, and got enough fiber. But in doing so, my WW points went up a lot.
*I don't know much about the WW diet, I just have FS set to keep track of my points, and I know I should have about 24 per day.
*I have been trying to increase my calories to a normal level because I was getting way too few for a while.
*I have been making an effort to buy and snack on foods that are high in fiber to make sure I'm getting enough.
If you have suggestions for foods that will help up my calories, but are also good for me... please let me know. Thank You.

I gained a little over the weekend. I think it's because I have recently had to increse my calories and my body is still adjusting to it. It's been difficult, I feel like I am eating too much because I am so used to barely eating.
Also, I found that the psyllium husk is WAY more tolerable if I take it with orange juice instead of water. So I am back to taking that as an added source of fiber.
I'm still practicing hoop dance. I'm not much good at it yet, but the practice is good exercise. Plus I am getting a video that is designed to teach me some of the tricks and also give me a good workout.

I joined a dodgeball tournament. We usually practice a couple times a week after work. I think that will really help get some exercise into my routine.
I'm also getting into learning hoop dancing. That will be a while before I am very good at it and learning tricks. But lots of great exercise while I practice. I got a video to help teach me, and the first one I am trying is specifically tecniques that combined will make a good workout. It looks fun too! I even got a coworker excited about it, so I will be bringing my hoop to work and practicing on my breaks! (that's another replacement for a time when I usually smoke)
The quitting smoking isn't going perfectly, but it is going well. I have managed to keep it down to just a few a day (it used to be a pack a day) so I am proud of that. Mostly,if I have one it's to stop a headache or sick feeling. I think that's good progress atleast.
Still having a little trouble keeping my calorie count as high as it should be and making sure I get good calories, but still working on it.
That's about all I have to report for now!

Well, I did some calculating with help and advice from some of the people here and a few outside people, and found that I was only getting near half the calories in a day that I should.
I have been trying to up the amount of calories I get in a day, but also trying to get good calories, not empty ones. It has been difficult though because the medicine makes me not hungry, literally I'm never hungry. So I have to watch a clock and et every few hours. Mostly i have to keep my portions small so that I'm getting the benefit of eating, but not the stomach ache.
-still trying to figure out the right thing so I can do THAT.

With the Welbutrin now stable in my system, and a few days into quitting smoking... I think I have done well. I haven't replaced smoking with snacking, and my meals have gotten smaller overall because of the meds. Hopefully I can keep my new eating habits and continue toward my goal weight.
