Did a great workout today at the gym, I feel fitter and my 5 klm jog is getting easier. I do 1 min walk 1 min jog for 30 min then walk the rest out to finish an hour of workout. I also did assisted chin ups, which I notice i am getting stronger.And also did bent over rows with dumbells, bicep curls and 2 x 1 min planking
Recording food was too difficult today as I made dinner for 5 people but I do know I ate too many carbs as I made potato salad, and scoffed the left overs before I went to bed.
Very tired and went to bed at 8:30pm so unlike me!
But my diet was spot on...

Went out with the grand children today to Agnes Water and town of 1770, I ate at the organic Shop and ofcourse that type of food has more carbs but it was yum, So I had 3 types of salads in my lunch and a coffee / banana smoothy..
I never seem to be hungry at dinner time and i know I need to eat more food..

I have been away so have eaten a chicken pie, drank alcohol and had fruit and also no exercise.. back home now so back on the diet properly..!
