Feeling really down today and lonely so I went and got a chocolate bar.. first time in two months, then my flat mate bought a pizza. then for dinner I had a healthy smoothy i made myself.
Well I suppose I wont; do that again for a while and I am over the dolldrums and back to normal tomorrow.

Well I just felt like a drink of Tia Maria... so that upped my carbs and also then my grand children came over and brought me a cup cake that I could not refuse..lol so did not do as well as I wanted but we all have o have a cheat day once in a while.

Didn't lose any weight this week, well I did go down to 71.4 but then I had a cheat day and went back up to 72 kilo again.. Thats ok, I am happy and fit into most of my clothes again. It is strange how only just 21/2 kilo can make such a difference to your sizing. My jeans and shorts fit.. haven;t tried on all my old dresses yet but i will let you know, but the one I did try was fitting again.
